In Torrance County
"Torrance County was able to hire 40 interns and have 37 of those interns successfully complete their internship. During their time they learned some great employment skills. Our Grants Department took in two interns, these interns were able to complete a grant application and follow it all the way through. They presented the grant to the County Commission for approval which they received and were praised widely by not only the Commissioners and Torrance County staff, but also the public. The accomplishments by these interns will have an impact on Torrance County for years to come."
